——燃煤（生物質(zhì)）熱水鍋爐，是以燃煤或生物質(zhì)顆粒燃料，以熱水為導(dǎo)熱載體，廣泛應(yīng)用于各種需要進(jìn)行高溫加熱或烘干的各行各業(yè)，本產(chǎn)品具有壓力低、控溫精確、熱能利用率高的優(yōu)點。

技術(shù)特點

【結(jié)構(gòu)特點】

1.采用臥式全濕背結(jié)構(gòu)，整體布置緊湊，美觀大方，熱效率高。
2.采用微正壓運(yùn)行，有效的提高了爐膛的燃燒強(qiáng)度，使同容量鍋爐的體積更小，同時消除了鍋爐爐膛、煙道的漏風(fēng)，提高了鍋爐的熱效率。
3.外置一體化翅片管式省煤器，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、方便維護(hù)，降低排煙溫度，提高熱效率。
4.采用先進(jìn)的EDA設(shè)計技術(shù)，詳細(xì)計算爐體結(jié)構(gòu)和尺寸，有效控制煙氣流速和阻力，合理充分利用火焰和煙氣換熱，提高鍋爐的熱效率。
5.應(yīng)用波紋爐膽結(jié)構(gòu)既增加了受熱面積又增加了煙氣的擾動，應(yīng)用螺紋煙管技術(shù)增大了對流受熱面。
6.采用低位燃燒室設(shè)計，以保留一個較大的水位安全空間，最大限度減少缺水事故的危害。
7.采用合理的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和優(yōu)良的耐火、保溫材料，大幅降低爐體外表溫度，使外表溫度低于50度（高于國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)），減少熱流失，提高鍋爐的熱效率。
8.采用全新設(shè)計，降低燃料燃燒時的有害物質(zhì)排放量，滿足國家環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，特別是降低氮氧化物的排放量，滿足國家的低氮排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
9.采用多家國際知名品牌的進(jìn)口燃燒器，適應(yīng)各種應(yīng)用場景，保證質(zhì)量，保證安全。

【電控系統(tǒng)】

1. 采用西門子等國際大品牌的PLC等自動化控制器做為控制核心
2. 采用國際大品牌的外圍組件，實現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量的全自動控制系統(tǒng)
3. 實時采集進(jìn)口、出口的溫度、壓力等各種參數(shù)并在控制柜中實時集中顯示
4. 通過PID等閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)，保證鍋爐穩(wěn)定的工作在用戶設(shè)定的各種參數(shù)下
5. 監(jiān)控各組數(shù)據(jù)的工作范圍，對各種異常進(jìn)行提醒或報警，方便用戶使用和維護(hù)
6. 控制模塊具有強(qiáng)大的擴(kuò)充能力，根據(jù)客戶需要，可以方便的實現(xiàn)群控、遠(yuǎn)程控制等多種深度應(yīng)用

【執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)】

1.嚴(yán)格按照國家及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對鍋爐進(jìn)行設(shè)計、制造、組裝、實驗和驗收，其中包括但不限于下列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：GB/T16507《水管鍋爐》、TSG G0001《鍋爐安全設(shè)計監(jiān)察規(guī)程》、GB50273《鍋爐安裝工程施工及驗收規(guī)范》
2.鍋爐使用的主要鋼材采用20 GB/T3087，保障鍋爐安全可靠的運(yùn)行。
3.按照NB/T47018選取焊材，鍋爐爐管采用氬氣保護(hù)全熔透焊接，焊縫按照NB/T47013《承壓設(shè)備無損檢驗》進(jìn)行X射線探傷和檢驗。
