——電加熱蒸汽鍋爐就是電蒸汽鍋爐，簡單地說就是用電來加熱的蒸汽鍋爐，具體是指一種電熱轉(zhuǎn)化成熱能從而把水加熱產(chǎn)生蒸汽的壓力容器設(shè)備。

技術(shù)特點

1. 以電力為能源，清潔衛(wèi)生，無煙塵、無噪音、無環(huán)境污染、對設(shè)備無腐蝕，對操作工人健康無影響，是真正的綠色環(huán)保產(chǎn)品
2. 熱效率高，可達 98%，升溫快、溫度均勻，控溫精度高，穩(wěn)定性好。
3. 工作壓力低，完全無跑、冒、滴、漏現(xiàn)象，安全可靠，無須 24 小時專人值守
4. 具有電熱元件步進式投切、循環(huán)啟停、自動補水、缺水、超溫、自動報警、漏電保護等完備的運行控制和安全監(jiān)測裝置，簡單易操作，運行過程全自動控制。
5. 結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，占地面積小，便于安裝和維護
6. 采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼加熱管或進口合金鋼材料電加熱管，確保鍋爐安全長久運行

【執(zhí)行標準】

1.嚴格按照國家及行業(yè)標準對鍋爐進行設(shè)計、制造、組裝、實驗和驗收，其中包括但不限于下列標準：GB/T16507《水管鍋爐》、TSG G0001《鍋爐安全設(shè)計監(jiān)察規(guī)程》、GB/T17410《有機熱載體爐》、GB50273《鍋爐安裝工程施工及驗收規(guī)范》
2.鍋爐使用的主要鋼材采用20 GB/T3087，保障鍋爐安全可靠。
3.按照NB/T47018選取焊材，鍋爐爐管采用氬氣保護全熔透焊接，焊縫按照NB/T47013《承壓設(shè)備無損檢驗》進行X射線探傷和檢驗，鍋爐總裝完成后管組全部進行水壓試驗，保障每臺鍋爐的焊接質(zhì)量達到標準。
